Question: How Many Strawberries in a Serving / Strawberry Serving Size?

I am planning on starting a diet soon, and I would like to know how many strawberries are in a serving. What is the recommended strawberry serving size? Also, any more strawberry nutrition information would be appreciated. Thanks!

    My advice to the dieter is to measure, rather than count…Fruits, such as grapes, strawberries, and even blueberries vary in size…Get a decent scale and weigh them…Weight is much more accurate. I have kept off over 100 pounds using this method. Good luck
